Genetics are making dramatic advancements no more than within the Wagyu breed which is underpinned by genetic testing. We are working with experts in the Wagyu breeding industry to continuously improve our herd with a focus on marbling, fineness and eye muscle area. We aim to have our fullblood herd in the top 10% of the Australian Wagyu breed EBV's. Our EBV's are also backed by extensive carcass data.
